Questions

Does Pipedrive have a free plan?

No permanent free plan is shown. Pipedrive offers a free 14-day trial on every plan, with no credit card required, and the pricing page says you can invite as many people as you like to the trial. After the trial you pay per seat.

How much does Pipedrive cost per seat?

Billed annually: Lite $14, Growth $39, Premium $59 and Ultimate $79 per seat per month. Billed monthly: $24, $49, $79 and $99. The pricing page says annual billing saves up to 42%. Prices exclude VAT. Billing is per seat whether or not the seat is assigned to a user, and the support article does not state a minimum number of seats.

What do I get on Lite, and when do I need Growth?

Lite covers lead, calendar and pipeline management, AI-powered report creation, 500+ integrations and meeting intelligence. It has no automations, sequences or multiple email sync. Growth adds full email sync with open and click tracking, automations and nurturing sequences, subscription and forecast reports, and a meeting scheduler. Growth allows 50 active automations per company and 1 synced email account per user.

What usage limits apply?

Leads and deals are limited per company: 2,500 x seats on Lite, 5,000 x seats on Growth, 15,000 x seats on Premium and 20,000 x seats on Ultimate, with a ceiling of 300,000. Custom fields per company are 30, 100, 300 and 500. Pipedrive says it has no contact limit, though third-party apps may impose one. Top-ups for extra limits are available from Growth or Premium, depending on the item.

Which add-ons cost extra?

LeadBooster (from $32.50), Projects (from $16), Campaigns (from $13.33), Web Visitors (from $41) and Smart Docs (from $32.50) are listed as add-ons. According to the billing article, LeadBooster, Projects and Smart Docs are included in Premium and Ultimate and paid on Lite and Growth, while Campaigns and Web Visitors are paid on all four plans.

Does Pipedrive have an API?

Yes. Requests are validated with an API token, and OAuth 2.0 is also offered. Rate limits are token-based: each company gets a daily budget of 30,000 base tokens times a plan multiplier (Lite 1, Growth 2, Premium 5, Ultimate 7) times the number of seats, plus top-ups. Burst limits per 2 seconds for API tokens are 20, 40, 100 and 120 requests by plan. Over-limit calls return HTTP 429.
